Studio Hire - Blackburn

Our Blackburn Studio features two fully equipped air-conditioned studios with a foyer area, sprung flooring, mirrors, an integrated sound system and ballet bars. The building also has a kitchen area with a microwave and fridge, as well as a toilet. The studios are available for hire when not in use by KDA (check our timetable for unavailable times).

One studio can be hired from $53.00p/h and the whole building from $88.00p/h (incl. GST). They are great for rehearsal spaces, photography studios, and pilates/yoga studio.

Long-term and short-term hire is available. Public liability insurance is required.

  • Access to the back laneway (loading and emergency exit only - not general access)

  • Stairs are required for general studio access
